(1) The home and its records shall be available for review and examination by properly identified
representatives of the Department. Inspections may be conducted both on an announced and
unannounced basis. Unannounced inspections shall be conducted as needed.

(2) A copy of the inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises and also
shall be available for public inspection at the appropriate county wherein the personal care home is
located.
