Based on observation and interview the facility failed to provide a private area for the physician to interview a random resident.
Findings:
Observation on 4/5/12 at approximately 12:30 PM revealed the physician and his assistants were interviewing a resident at the dining room table in an area where residents and visitors gathered and lack of privacy. Interview with the administrator on said date at approximately 12:45 PM who stated the physician usually used the office.
