Hey my Name is Jessica McDuffie am a Program Enrichment Specialist. I started out as an activity coordinator at Brookdale and wanted to gain experience in working with the residents in Memory Care. I left Brookdale and went to Grand Villa to work as an Activity assistant on weekends and evenings. Then took a position as Activity Director in another community where I oversaw IL, AL and MC activity program. I would design my calendars for resident entertainment and for marketing as well. I had new residents tell me that they chose the community I was at because of my activity calendar. After organizing and hosting many large events on my own, I was promoted to marketing. I learned everything quickly with no training and was offered a position as a senior consultant. While I was a senior consultant touring other communities, I saw the need for a stable, fun and functional Activity Programs in many communities. So I started my own business as an activity consultant.

My calendars are designed so staff can easily lead the programs creating a fun and thriving environment for the residents.
