AUTOMATIC EXPIRATION OF A LICENSE | NM

7.8.2.10                 AUTOMATIC EXPIRATION OF A LICENSE:  A license shall automatically expire:

1.             at midnight on the day indicated as the expiration date on the license;
2.             when the operation of a facility is discontinued;
3.             when a facility is sold or leased or the licensee changes; or
4.             when there is a change of location for a facility.
