(1) The governing body shall be responsible for compliance with the requirements of Chapter 7 of Title
31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, with applicable administrative rules and regulations of the
Department of Community Health, including but not limited to all applicable statutes, rules and regulations
regarding disclosure of ownership.
(2) The governing body shall certify in its application the name of the administrator who has been
designated as responsible for the overall management of the home and for carrying out the rules and
policies adopted by the governing body.
(3) Each home shall have a separate administrator or on-site manager who works under the
supervision of the administrator.
