We are the corporate office for multiple assisted living facilities. Handling billing, operations and HR for the facilities. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist with daily office tasks.

·       Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.

·       Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.

·       Address and resolve inquiries from administrators.

·       General office cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Work Hours:

Part-time position (3 days per week) 9AM-5PM. Monday is a required day to work.
