LPN $22 p/h $500 Sign On Bonus

We are seeking an LPN Team Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to our residents. The position reports to the Director of Healthcare Services (R.N.). Must use a person centered care approach to maintain a health social environment for the residents in a long term setting (Assisted Living Facility). Hiring Full Time / Part Time (12 Hour Shift).

Responsibilities:

Supervise C.N.A.’s offering resident care and med techs
Evaluate resident care needs
Coordinate and Provide clinical services as ordered
Medication Administration
Report and Document changes to RN and Physician
Educate and update residents on medical treatments
Qualifications:

LPN License from the State of Florida
Ability to build rapport with residents
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual English and Spanish
Able to spend long periods of time on feet
