Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse located in Kendall, FL. The Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing superior care to our residents, including monitoring resident health, administering medications, coordinating with healthcare providers, and providing emotional support. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate health records, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe, healthy, and enriching environment for all residents.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Clinical skills, including patient monitoring, administering medications, and health record maintenance
Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform daily living activity assistance and provide emotional support
Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities preferred
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work full time on-site in Kendall, FL
CPR and First Aid certification is a must
Bilingual Spanish is a must
