The Regulation

Before January 1, 2024, initial status and any changes in status must be reported within 10 business days after a person receives his or her initial status or after a change in the person’s status has been made.
2. Effective January 1, 2024, initial status and any changes in status must be reported within 5 business days after a person receives his or her initial status or after a change in the person’s status has been made.
