7.8.2.23 PETS: Pets are permitted in a licensed facility, in accordance with the facility’s rules.
- Prohibited areas. Animals are not permitted in food processing, preparation, storage, display and serving areas, or in equipment or utensil washing areas. Guide dogs for the blind and deaf and service animals for the handicapped shall be permitted in dining areas pursuant to Subsection K of 7.6.2.9 NMAC.
- Vaccination. Pets shall be vaccinated in accordance with all state and local requirements and records of such vaccination shall be kept on file in the facility.
