8:36-12.1       Provision of resident activities

 

• A planned, diversified program of resident activities shall be offered daily for residents, including individual and/or group activities, on-site or off-site, to meet the individual needs of

 

• Residents shall have the opportunity to organize and participate in a resident council that presents the resident’s concerns to the administrator of the facility.
