• SCOPE AND AUTHORITY: These regulations govern the licensure of assisted-living facilities. The regulations are authorized by and implement the Assisted-Living Facility Act, Rev. Stat. §§ 71-5901 to 71-5908 and the Health Care Facility Licensure Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 71-401 to 71-459.

 

4-001.01 Assisted-living facility does not include a home, apartment, or facility where:
